Archibiz

Service: Creative Co-Pilot (ongoing marketing partnership)

Ray Brown
Co-Founder & Chief Mentor

“Finding someone who is open and diligent is unusual. Monika has been a pleasure to work with.”

Archibiz helps architecture practice owners build the business skills their training never covered. Co-Founder and CEO, Ray Brown built the brand as an outside observer of the industry, not a practitioner speaking from the inside, and that distinction sits at the centre of everything Archibiz publishes.

Taiyo Creative came in as the senior marketing lens behind that voice: shaping the content strategy, sharpening the offer messaging, and running Instagram and LinkedIn so Ray and his coaching team could stay focused on the thing they do best (showing up for their clients and guiding them to great business outcomes).

THE CHALLENGE

Before Taiyo came on board, ArchiBiz had a marketing problem that was quietly becoming a lead problem. There wasn't a consistent presence, there wasn't a system, and the gap was starting to show up in the pipeline.

Ray wasn't looking for a vendor to hand a brief to. He was looking for someone he could trust to actually run it.

"Impressed by Monika and her initial proposal."

THE PROCESS

Coming on as Creative Co-Pilot. Taiyo stepped in as an ongoing marketing partner rather than a one-off project, with Instagram as the primary focus.

Building a real content engine. Instead of guessing what to post, the content calendar was built directly from ArchiBiz's own coaching material, drawing on 85 ‘mentor memos’ to turn existing expertise into a structured stream of content.

Extending the system. The same rhythm was carried across LinkedIn and ArchiBiz's Skool community, including guidance for the management of Ray's personal LinkedIn presence.

Six months and counting. The relationship has run for six-plus months of continuous support.

THE IMPACT

Since working together, Archibiz has gone from somewhat disconnected marketing efforts to a single, consistent strategy running across every channel. The funnel is now mapped and intentional, with a clear path from free community to paid offers instead of disparate entry points. The offer language has narrowed from broad to specific, speaking directly to the client offer and the pipeline problems architects actually have.

Ray isn't just seeing content go out anymore, he's seeing a brand come back.

"We have re-established our brand on Instagram. Marketing feels more 'in control'."

Asked if he'd recommend Taiyo, Ray didn't hedge.

"Definitely. Monika is conscientious and delivers what she promises."
"Getting someone who is open and diligent is unusual. Monika has been a pleasure to work with."
