Prime Retail Property

Service: Brand Evolution, Website Design + Build + Marketing Coaching

The process

Rather than a straightforward logo refresh, this was a full-scope rebuild across brand, web and marketing capability.

Research and positioning The project started with time spent understanding Prime Retail Property's place in the retail property landscape, what set the business apart, and what "premium" needed to look and sound like for this specific audience.

Brand identity and brand book That positioning was translated into a visual identity and brand book built to reflect the standard of work the business delivers, giving Sean and his team a set of foundations they could apply consistently going forward.

Website design and build The new brand was then carried through into a custom-built Squarespace website, developed around how the team actually needed to use it, including inquiry forms and a property directory, and built for the team to manage and update themselves once live.

Marketing coaching and LinkedIn strategy Alongside the rebrand, Taiyo ran a series of marketing coaching sessions with Sean's team, built around a LinkedIn content strategy for the business. Each session was shaped around what the team needed most that week, giving them a practical framework for building their own content going forward rather than a one-off strategy document.

The challenge

Prime Retail Property had grown into a more premium end of the retail property market, but the brand hadn't caught up. It had been put together quickly in the early days of the business and, by this stage, felt more dated than distinctive, out of step with the calibre of work the business was actually delivering.

Sean brought Taiyo on to close that gap: reposition the brand and rebuild the foundations so Prime Retail Property looked and felt like the premium operator it had become.

The result

"Monika supported Prime Retail Property through a brand refresh and website redesign that gave the business a more refined and contemporary market presence."

Sean's team now has a brand identity that matches where the business sits in the market, and a website they can run themselves without depending on outside help for every update.

"The transition to a new website platform has provided improved usability and greater internal control, and the marketing workshops offered a helpful framework for refining our content direction."

"Monika's engagement helped solidify our brand foundation during an important stage of our growth."
